Students can be essential learners who are new graduates, adult learners who act as caregivers and foreign clinicians who continue to work and learn on literacy and language skills. Mental health among students is vital, given its effects and prevalence in the current society. There have been cases of stigmatizing individuals with mental health illness as more misconceptions surrounding it still exist (Burgess et al., 2019). Learning about mental health in the early years, especially during the school-age years, shows the level of awareness the students need from early years/early age. Students, especially children, spend much of their life-time at schools. Thus, health education logically should begin at the first school stages.
